Graham Neal

Graham is Director of Expedite’s Fire Engineering Services and is a Chartered Engineer with over three decades of experience in the construction industry across varying roles. Throughout his career, he has worked for main contractors, developers and consultants across both the public and private sectors, leading technical and design teams to deliver projects in all sectors including residential, commercial, industrial, education, healthcare and heritage schemes.

Specialising in leading the fire and building safety team, Graham has reviewed over 500 developments, shaping fire strategies and technical standards for major UK developers. He has played a pivotal role in industry-wide discussions, including building safety reforms post-Grenfell, and has worked extensively on cladding and compartmentation reviews

Graham’s background in Main Contracting and Residential Development brings a commercial awareness and a deep understanding of the importance of programme, whilst ensuring that buildings and solutions are safe and compliant.
