Project Description: Expedite has been appointed as a multi-disciplinary team to lead the extension and repurposing of the existing Trafalgar House building, located in the heart of Cardiff city centre. This project is being undertaken on behalf of our long-standing client, Urban Centric, who intends to transform the currently vacant office space into high-quality, purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) with an EPC ‘A’ rating, ensuring sustainability and energy efficiency.

The proposed development will provide a total of 310 student bedrooms, designed to offer modern, comfortable, and functional living spaces. In addition to the accommodation, the scheme will incorporate a variety of high-quality amenities tailored to enhance the student experience. These will include a residents-only gym, dedicated study areas, and a communal lounge
