Expedite are providing EA / QS, Civil & Structural Engineering, Architectural Design and Planning services on this living scheme.

Set amongst redevelopment in neighbouring Central Quay, Callaghan Square and Cardiff Central railway station, the proposed two phase scheme sits alongside the River Taff and will have spectacular 360 degrees views over the City Centre and Cardiff Bay.

Planning permission has been granted and work is set to commence on site in Q1 2026.
