Project Description: Expedite are appointed as Employer’s Agent on the mixed-use health and housing development in Sunnyside, Bridgend in partnership with Linc and Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board.

The site was previously occupied by council offices and the Magistrate’s Court. The development will consist of 59 homes for social rent and a separate Health Centre. At completion, the healthcare centre will include services including a new GP practice, a specialist dental unit, mental health services, speech and language therapy amongst others. Included in the residential units will be six supported living homes for people with physical and learning disabilities, and ten flats for people who require supported accommodation.
