Stowford Mill, Ivybridge

Stowford Mill received planning consent for a mixed use regeneration scheme consisting of residential, later living, retail, and commercial development across the 3.5ha former Grade 2 listed paper mill site. 

The development will include 31 contemporary homes, ‘Later Living’ designed apartments; together with the conversion of the existing mill buildings to both commercial and community uses, and a further 27 apartments.
