Ryalls Medical Centre, Yeovil

The existing Health Centre is in need of extension in order to transfer the occupants from a separate facility in Yeovil to Ryalls Park. A feasibility study has been carried out which has been approved by the Client and includes a new build extension and internal reconfiguration to achieve additional capacity and improved efficiencies.

Expedite Design Services and Building Services role is to develop the design to RIBA Stage 3 (Developed Design) to support the production of the business case and planning application. At this point, the project shall be tendered as a Design and Build (D&B) whereby Expedite Building Services shall be retained to carry out a Technical Advisor (TA) role during RIBA stages 4-6 inclusive.
