Project Description: Working in partnership with long-standing client, Urban Centric, Expedite were employed on a multi-disciplinary basis as part of the team to deliver Gramercy Tower. Set on the site of a disused office building, Gramercy Tower now stands as Cardiff’s tallest residential building, providing 188 apartments available to rent.

Gramercy Tower is the latest addition to Cardiff city centre’s rapidly expanding skyline. The striking building includes a range of carefully designed one, two and three bedroom apartments. 

Residents can enjoy stunning cityscape views from the communal roof terraces situated on floors 14 and 26. Aside from the external terraces, there’s 2000sq ft of uniquely designed amenity space for Gramercy’s residents to enjoy including a gym, library, private dining space and shared lounge. Gramercy includes 1500sq ft of commercial space to the ground floor, adding to the street scene of Cardiff’s rapidly emerging south central district.
