Project Description: Expedite are partnered with Cardiff Sixth Form College (CSFC) to assist the educational institution as they embark on an ambitious plan of relocating to a permanent new home for the College’s teaching space at the iconic Merchant and Cory’s Building in Cardiff Bay.

The aim at this site is to provide high quality teaching accommodation including sports facilities, amenity space, an exam hall and other ancillary facilities. The teaching accommodation will be for a total of 500 pupils of which 400 boarders and 100 will be day pupils. The scheme also includes an auditorium on the roof of the new building which will add interest and provide a landmark for the College. Expedite are employed as a multi-disciplinary team to provide a full range of services on this complex refurbishment project which includes the retention of the Grade Two Listed Merchant and Cory’s Buildings, whilst extending the current footprint of the building via a new build extension.
