Project Description: Brickworks is a distinctive development of 100 warehouse-style apartments in Cardiff’s emerging South Central district.

The former brownfield site was rejuvenated into a mixed use development of new homes and associated retail space. 

Designed for modern living, each apartment features integrated appliances and contemporary concrete-style kitchens. The development offers a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, including a penthouse on the ninth floor.

Residents benefit from exclusive communal spaces, including a rooftop terrace on the sixth floor and relaxed social areas on the ground floor.

Located in a highly sustainable area, Brickworks provides ample bike storage and is within easy reach of the city centre and train station.

Completed in 2019, all apartments were sold off-plan.
