Project Description: Situated in the heart of Exmouth Town Centre and within walking distance of Exmouth Train Station, Seafront & Marina, Bowlinger Court is a new mixed commercial and residential development. 

Expedite were employed on a multi-disciplinary basis to deliver this challenging scheme incorporating the conversion of the former Wesley Hall. Prior to construction, the existing buildings were demolished, physically removing the property from the existing church. Remedial works to the church were carried out in accordance with its Grade 2 listing status and local planning conditions.The project involved the façade retention of the existing Wesley Hall building across the east entrance doors. 

The scheme was completed at the tail end of 2024, and comprises 19 one and two bedroom apartments for open market sale and two ground floor commercial units.
