Project Description: Located in the heart of the thriving university town of Exeter, Expedite were employed as a full multi-disciplinary offering to deliver Boutique Student Living – a new-build purpose built development of 75 room, including studios, townhouses and cluster and associated residents amenity space.

This complex development included the demolition of the existing public house and associated buildings to deliver new-build student studios, whilst retaining part of the facade. 

Alongside the residential element, the development also includes significant amenity space including as a residents’ lounge, private study room and communal outdoor break out space.

Our Team was able to advise the client on a number of design improvements, including fabric improvements to achieve EPC A – a client target at the development outset.
