Reserved Matters planning has been granted consent for 200 homes for Kier Living (SW) Ltd on an 8ha site in Chard. Expedite provided Civil Engineering services in support of the application, with LHC Design providing masterplanning, architectural and landscape design services and PCL Planning Ltd planning support. Detailed Civil and Structural design is due to start, with the project due on site June 2019.
