Steve Boland

Steve graduated from Portsmouth University in 2013 with a BEng First Class (Hons) degree in Civil Engineering and joined Expedite in January 2025, bringing over a decade of industry experience with him to the role.

He has worked on a wide variety of projects from multimillion- pound healthcare, education and industrial projects through to smaller private alterations and residential schemes. He has experience designing in all the major structural materials as well as drainage and civil engineering design. Steve was promoted to Director in January 2026.
