John Davies joined Expedite Building Services in September 2025 as Mechanical Director, based in the Cardiff office.

Thoroughout his career, John has a proven track record in delivering innovative, compliant, and sustainable solutions across the built environment, and he brings with him a deep expertise in areas such as HVAC, fire safety, energy efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

His leadership will be instrumental as we continue to design smarter systems, elevate our technical standards, and deliver meaningful community benefits through our work as Expedite’s Building Services offering continues to grow in Wales.
