Andrew Woods

Andrew Woods is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Expedite Group. A Chartered Surveyor and Project Manager, Andrew began his career in construction before training as a Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager, quickly progressing to Director level within a leading national surveying practice.

With over two decades of experience in the property and construction industry, Andrew has developed extensive expertise in project management, design and build procurement, and funder due diligence. He is a trusted adviser to a number of major funding institutions and has successfully delivered projects across a diverse range of sectors throughout the UK.

Since founding Expedite in 2013, Andrew has led the business from a specialist project consultancy into a multidisciplinary group offering project management, engineering, building services, architecture, planning, safety and advisory services. Today, Expedite employs more than 70 professionals across multiple UK offices, delivering integrated solutions for clients nationwide.
