Andrew Griffiths

Andrew Griffiths is the Managing Director of Expedite Project Services and a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years of experience in the construction and property industry. Throughout his career, he has worked with clients across both the public and private sectors, helping to successfully deliver projects ranging from commercial and residential developments to education, healthcare and infrastructure schemes.

Since joining Expedite, Andrew has been instrumental in the company’s growth, helping to build a multidisciplinary consultancy known for its practical advice, collaborative approach and commitment to delivering value for clients. As Managing Director, he leads the business whilst remaining actively involved in projects, ensuring clients benefit from his extensive industry knowledge and hands-on experience.
