Andrew Aust

Andrew Aust is the Managing Director of Design at Expedite, leading the practice’s architectural and design teams across the South and South West. As a Chartered Architect and board-level director, he is responsible for driving the strategic growth of the design business while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, commercially focused solutions for clients across a broad range of sectors.

With extensive experience in architecture, masterplanning and project leadership, Andrew has successfully delivered projects from initial concept through planning, technical design and construction. His collaborative approach, combined with a strong commercial understanding, enables him to develop innovative design solutions that balance client aspirations with programme, budget and operational requirements.

Andrew works closely with clients, consultants and contractors to build lasting relationships founded on trust, transparency and technical excellence. He is passionate about creating environments that enhance the communities they serve, while embracing sustainable design principles and modern methods of construction wherever appropriate.

As part of Expedite’s senior leadership team, Andrew plays a key role in the continued development of the business, championing integrated multi-disciplinary working and ensuring clients benefit from seamless collaboration across the Group’s architecture, engineering, project management and consultancy services. Under his leadership, the design team continues to deliver successful projects throughout the UK, providing creative, practical and commercially effective solutions from conception through to completion.
