Expedite Building Services’ team in Wales has continued to grow with the appointment of John Davies as Mechanical Director.

John joins Expedite from FP Hurley & Sons where he spent seven and a half years as Building Services Design Manager. He has worked across a range of private and public sector companies throughout his twenty year career, including MITIE and Caerphilly Borough Council.

He has a proven track record in delivering innovative, compliant, and sustainable solutions across the built environment, and brings a deep expertise in areas such as HVAC, fire safety, energy efficiency, and regulatory compliance as Expedite’s Building Services arm continues to grow.

Originally founded in 2021, EBS now has offices in Plymouth, Birmingham and Cardiff enabling the team to provide full MEP services across the United Kingdom and overseas.
