Urban Centric‘s landmark build-to-rent development at Gramercy Tower in the heart of Cardiff city centre was officially handed over to the client at the start of January. 

The development was the culmination of a two and a half year build programme in which Expedite’s multi-disciplinary team provided Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveying, Principal Designer and Interior Design services.

Currently Cardiff’s tallest residential building, Gramercy Tower comprises 27 storeys with a mixture of one, two and three bedroom apartments. Gramercy provides its residents with substantial shared amenity space, including gym, library, a shared lounge and private dining – with the design and furnishing of each curated by Expedite Interiors. There are also two stunning roof terraces on floors 14 and 26, both enjoying stunning views of Cardiff city.
