Expedite are delighted to announce the appointment of Graham Neal as Director of Expedite Fire, expanding the group’s service offering to provide extensive fire engineering and fire safety consultancy services.

A Chartered Engineer with more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Graham brings extensive expertise gained across contracting, development and consultancy roles within both the public and private sectors. Throughout his career, he has led technical and design teams on projects spanning residential, commercial, industrial, education, healthcare and heritage sectors.

Throughout his career, Graham has played a significant role in shaping fire safety standards across the UK, having reviewed more than 500 developments and provided strategic fire safety advice for major developers. His experience includes fire strategy development, building safety compliance, cladding remediation projects, compartmentation reviews and supporting industry responses to post-Grenfell building safety reforms.

As Director of Expedite Fire, Graham will lead the company’s growing fire engineering offering, providing clients with practical, commercially focused solutions that deliver compliance, safety and confidence throughout a building’s lifecycle.
