Expedite Safety is proud to celebrate five years in business this month.

Launched in 2021 by Director Terry Smedley as part of the wider Expedite Group, Expedite Safety provides practical health and safety solutions across a range of sectors. Since inception five years ago, ESS has embarked upon a period of steady growth and continued success.

Working across the United Kingdom, Expedite Safety delivers a full range of safety services – including as Principal Designer and CDM Advisor, on a diverse range of schemes, ranging from small-scale refurbishments to large, multi-million pound developments.

This success has allowed the business to continue expanding, including the addition of Party Wall services to its offering in 2022. Terry specialises in providing expert Party Wall advice and crafting comprehensive Party Wall Awards to safeguard our clients’ interests.

Celebrating 5 years in business, Terry said “I can’t believe how quickly the last 5 years have passed and I’m so proud of all we have achieved.  Especially all the projects we have been involved with and the clients, design teams and contractors we have worked with during this time.
