Expedite Building Services are delighted to have been awarded a place on ateb’s Retrofit Framework, under Lot 7 for M&E Consultancy.  

The framework will support the delivery of retrofit, planned maintenance and decarbonisation projects across ateb Housing Group’s portfolio, helping to improve energy efficiency, reduce carbon emissions and create more sustainable homes and communities.

Through our appointment, Expedite will provide specialist M&E consultancy services to support the successful delivery of projects including retrofit upgrades, fabric improvements, low carbon heating solutions and wider sustainability-led investment programmes.

We’re looking forward to working alongside the team at ateb and other framework partners to help deliver high-quality, future proofed accommodation and supporting ateb’s journey towards net zero.
