Expedite Fire specialises in the development of Fire Strategies for new build projects, Retrospective Fire Strategies for existing buildings, design and construction stage support for External Wall Remediation Projects, fire compliance auditing and inspection of external wall construction, inspection and reporting of Structural Fire Protection  s, ensuring buildings are designed and managed with robust fire precautions at their core. We also Construction Stage Fire Strategies (HSG168), prepare Planning Stage Fire Statements including Gateway 1, Compliance Statements and Fire Engineering for Gateway 2 and 3 and External Wall Assessments (FRAEW) to PAS 9980, providing clarity on façade safety and remediation pathways.
