The team are proud to be working for Garrison Barclay Estates Ltd on their exciting residential scheme at Poplars, land of Swansea road.  Expedite are responsible for the delivery of phase 1, 11no. bungalows in a great tree lined location.

The team have been taking technical pride in delivering the above for a private client on a very tight site in the middle of  Topsham.  Looking forward to being able to present the final finished product in the near future.

Congratulations to the team for obtaining a complicated change of use planning approval from general industrial (Class B2) to assembly and leisure (Class D2) (indoor rock climbing centre) with minor external alterations and rationalisation of external works car parking.

Well done!  Looking forward to having a go on the bouldering section!

Residents are being offered the opportunity to step inside innovative housing which is being proposed for a brownfield site in Penryn.

An application to house 264 students in recycled and renovated shipping containers on the Kernick Industrial Estate has already been submitted to Cornwall Council, along with proposals for a health centre and surgery in the former Home Shed building on the site.

And the developer, Irregular Cornwall, will be taking one of the units on tour later this month.

The containers are environmentally-friendly, affordable and would help to ease the pressure from students on local housing in Falmouth and Penryn.

A bold scheme that provides a new solution to deliver affordable student residential units on an industrial estate at Kernick Road, Penryn.  Aim to produce a high quality contemporary design that can be delivered in a way that can manage environmental issues including heat conservation, noise insulation, solar gain, all within a modified shipping container

Enabling works have now commenced on site at Lansdown House, Bumpers Farm
Chippenham for the new Head Quarters development for the Woods Group and Valldata
Services. The new state of the art facility will provide modern accommodation for around
200 employees, highly efficient production space, using the latest technology in security and
IT systems.

Woods Group have been supported by property experts GVA providing a range of property
and project management services, and a dedicated professional team including Expedite
Design and Engineering Services, Mildred Howells and Co, Hydrock, TLT, and their construction partner, E G Carter and Co
Ltd.

Completion is targeted for Summer 2018.
