47 York Terrace, Westminster receives Listed Building Approval

Another one in the bag this week! Our design team has today secured planning permission for the refurbishment of this beautiful historic building in Westminster, Central London. Thank you to our in house Heritage expert Katharine Metcalfe IHBC for achieving this consent.

Works are due to commence on site with Consolux M&E Consulting Ltd leading the project.

Cathedral Yard receives Planning and Listed Building approval

Our design team has today secured planning permission for the conversion of this historic building into luxury apartments. Overlooking Exeter’s iconic Cathedral these apartments will be finished to the highest specification and standards. Prices ranging from £300k to £1.2m.

Thank you to our in house Heritage expert Katharine Metcalfe IHBC & Award winning Architect Andrew Aust for achieving this consent within 16 weeks from instruction.

3D Modelling assisting delivery, Little-fields, West Hill

Little-fields is a new build bungalow c.280sqm in size, being delivered for a private individual with a completion of July.

Using our in-house modelling systems in the production of the technical packages at early design stages, has the benefit as a review mechanism  for our technical checklist audit for on site delivery.  Tick!

 

YMCA Exeter’s Changing Rooms, Changing Lives Campaign

YMCA Exeter provide over 18,000 nights of accommodation each year for young people who are facing homelessness in Exeter. The Changing Rooms, Changing Lives campaign, which launched in January, will see the complete renovation of the currently dated and unwelcoming communal living space at its St David’s Hill centre.

With your help, this space which over 70 young people every year call their home, will be transformed into somewhere that is warm, welcoming and inspiring. The organisation have a vision to transform it into an engaging space so that every resident can flourish in a thriving community and environment.

Stable Block conversion, planning application approved!

Working in collaboration with Bell Cornwall , Chartered Planning consultants based in Exeter.  Expedite are pleased to announce a second planning approval achieved this week, involving a conversion of an existing stable block, on the estate of Medland Manor, Cheriton Bishop into residential use.

Listed Building Planning Approval received!

On behalf of Merthyr Tydfil Housing Association, through the vibrant and viable places programme, 115 High Street, a listed building positioned on the High Street and was an eyesore and structurally dangerous.

An application for the refurbishment and retention of the Listed facade was awarded approval by the LPA. Congratulations to the team, a collative effort by the Project Management, Architecture and Heritage team.

Adrenalin Urban Activity Park Plymouth now open!

Expedite are pleased to successfully complete the fit-out and refurbishment project for Adrenalin, their first pilot project in the South West.

Commissioned as Architects, Project Managers and Cost Consultants a successful outcome in one of Plymouth’s highly regarded Heritage asset, the team have been enjoying the Ninja Warrior course and welcome any one up for the challenge to compete against us!
